I kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes to help accommodate other clients. Cancellations within the 48 hour time frame are required to pay 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who no-show the day of service are required to pay 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in limited booking privileges to ensure fair access for all clients.
